Locale and currency

Goal

Set the languages and base currency your tenant uses for documents and displays.

Who it is for

Tenant admin / owner.

Preconditions

• Permission to manage tenant settings.
• You know the country/currency the business operates in.

Steps

1. Open Settings.
2. Review default locale, enabled locales, and base currency.
3. Save changes. Existing posted amounts stay in the currency they were recorded in; new documents use the tenant base currency.

Result

Forms and translations respect enabled locales; money displays in the tenant base currency.
