Bank accounts

Goal

Register bank accounts (and related cash accounts) used for receipts, payments, and reconciliation.

Who it is for

Finance clerk, tenant admin.

Preconditions

• bank.view / bank.manage; GL accounts mapped as required.

Steps

1. Open Bank accounts.
2. Create an account with currency and linked ledger account.
3. Use it on receipts, payments, and transfers.

Result

Cash movements post through the correct bank account.
