Tenant template overview
Goal
Understand when to use tenant templates and how they fit BlueMatrix.
Who it is for
Roles with template.view (manage needs template.manage).
Preconditions
- Signed in to the correct tenant.
- Relevant module/permissions enabled.
Open the screen
Admin → Customization → Templates & Defaults (/tenant-templates).
Concepts
- Kind:
form_default|document_footer|email_template. - Doc type; email subject; body (when not form_default).
- UI fields change with kind.
