Goal

Add a new manufacturer.

Who it is for

catalog.manage.

Preconditions

• catalog.manage on your role.

Steps

1. Open the list → New.

2. Fill required fields (Code and translatable name.).

3. Save.

Result

The manufacturer appears on the list and can be selected elsewhere.

Hard stops

Validation 422 on empty default-locale name; duplicate code.
