Goal

Find the right inventory screen for stock visibility, warehouses, counts, transfers, and optional revaluation.

Who it is for

Inventory clerk, warehouse manager (inventory.view and action-specific permissions).

Open

Sidebar Inventory (short label Stock). Core module inventory is always available.

Where to go

1. Stock (/inventory) — on-hand, reserved, available; start Receive, Issue, Transfer, Adjust, or Assemble.
2. Warehouses — storage sites and bin locations.
3. Stocktakes — physical counts (inventory.count to post).
4. Reorder rules — min / reorder point / qty (does not auto-create POs).
5. Inventory setup (inventory.admin) — reservations, transfer approval, lot/serial, reason catalogs.
6. Inventory revaluation — only when optional module inventory_revaluation is enabled (inventory.adjust to post).
