Who it is for
Project clerks and managers (pm.view / pm.manage / pm.bill), tenant admins (pm.admin), and billable-expense clerks (billable_expenses.manage).
What lives here
- Projects — plan work against a client, budget, billing type, and status; log time; generate a progress invoice.
- Tasks — assign work across projects (list, kanban on the project, timers, checklists).
- Billable expenses — capture rebillable costs and invoice them to a customer (separate module
billable_expenses).
