Find, filter, and open bank directory banks.

Users with bank.view.
Preconditions
Tenant signed in; list permission granted.
Steps
- Open Treasury → Bank Directory (
/bank-directory).. - Search or filter as needed.
- Open a row for detail, or use New / edit actions when permitted.
Result
You locate the right bank directory entry without leaving the list.
