Create a tax category

Add a new tax category.

Who it is for

catalog.manage_tax_categories.

Preconditions

• catalog.manage_tax_categories on your role.

Steps

1. Open the list → New.

2. Fill required fields (Code, translatable name / description, Active.).

3. Save.

Result

The tax category appears on the list and can be selected elsewhere.

Hard stops

Missing code/name; duplicate code; lack of catalog.manage_tax_categories (not plain catalog.manage).
