Tax determination rule troubleshooting

Goal

Unblock common tax determination rule errors.

Steps

1. If save returns 422, read the validation message.
2. Confirm permissions (tax.view / tax.manage) and module entitlement.
3. Recheck required master data from setup.
4. Escalate with the exact error code when stock/tax/period rules block you.
